1. AGREEMENT
By using Tiger Vault, you agree to these terms. If you
don’t agree, do not use our platform.

3. WHAT WE DO
Tiger Vault is a non-custodial B2B payment orchestration
platform. We:
• Verify your documents
• Screen for compliance
• Route your payment to licensed settlement partners
• Provide tracking and support
We do NOT:
• Hold your money
• Execute settlements directly
• Provide foreign exchange
• Hold deposits

4. SETTLEMENT PARTNERS
Your payment is executed by licensed settlement partners:
These partners:
• Hold their own licenses
• Execute settlements under their own licenses
• Maintain their own terms of service
• Are responsible for settlement execution
Your use of partner services is subject to their terms.

5. ELIGIBILITY
You must be:
• 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to make payments
• Not on sanctions lists
• Not located in restricted jurisdictions
• Not a PEP (Politically Exposed Person)
We reserve the right to reject any applicant.

6. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To use Tiger Vault, you must:
• Provide accurate information
• Complete KYC verification
• Pass compliance screening
• Agree to these terms
• Agree to our data protection policy

7. PAYMENT PROCESS
To send payment via Tiger Vault:
• Upload required documents (passport, invoice, permit)
• Provide beneficiary details (name, bank account, country)
• Enter payment amount and currency
• Submit for verification
• Await verification (1-24 hours)
• Make local payment (in your currency) to partner account
• Await settlement (24 hours-72 hour)
• Receive confirmation

8. FEES
Tiger Vault charges:
• 5% flat fee on transaction amount
• No setup fees
• No monthly subscription
• No hidden fees
Example: $50,000 payment = $2,500 fee
Fee is charged at approval and deducted from settlement.

9. PAYMENT TIMING
Verification: 1-24 hours (depends on risk level)
Settlement: 2-24 hours (depends on partner)
Total: Usually 24 hours, max 72hours (depends on risk level)
Low-risk payments often settle faster.
High-risk payments require extended review.

10. TRANSACTION REJECTION
We may reject a transaction if:
• Documents fail verification
• Customer on sanctions list
• Unclear payment purpose
• Incomplete information
• Suspicious patterns
• Partner denies settlement
Rejected transactions:
• Fee refunded
• Explanation provided
• Documents returned

11. LIABILITY

Tiger Vault is NOT liable for:

• Partner delays in settlement
• Partner failures to execute
• Exchange rate fluctuations (set by partners)
• Bank errors or delays
• Technical issues (beyond our control)
• Third-party failures
Our liability is limited to:
• Fee refund (if we reject)
• Documented damages (if we cause specific harm)

12. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:
• Accuracy of information provided
• Legitimacy of transaction
• Compliance with your country’s laws
• Legality of payment purpose
• Ownership of funds being sent

13. COMPLIANCE AND SCREENING
By using Tiger Vault, you consent to:
• Document verification (via Partner)
• Sanctions screening
• PEP screening
• AML/KYC procedures
• Ongoing transaction monitoring
• Data retention (5 years)

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
For disputes:
• Contact us: support@tigervault.com
• Provide transaction details and issue
• We will investigate within 10 business days
• We will provide resolution or explanation
For unresolved disputes:
• Settlement partner dispute procedures apply
• Partners have their own resolution processes
• May involve regulatory bodies

15. TERMINATION
We may terminate your account if:
• You violate these terms
• You violate compliance policies
• You engage in fraud
• You breach our AML framework
• You misuse the platform
Termination:
• Your account immediately closed
• No new transactions accepted
• Existing transactions completed
• Funds returned (less legitimate fees)

16. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may change these terms by:
• Posting updated version
• Notifying you by email
• Effective date in updated version (30 days notice)

Your continued use = acceptance of new terms.

17. PRIVACY AND DATA
Our data protection is in separate policy.
By using Tiger Vault, you consent to data handling
described in our Privacy Policy.

18. DISCLAIMER
Tiger Vault provided “as is” without warranty:
• No guarantee of specific results
• No guarantee of availability
• No guarantee of performance
• No guarantee of profit/savings
We try to:
• Keep platform secure
• Process transactions accurately
• Provide good customer service

19. GOVERNING LAW
These terms governed by:
• Laws of United Kingdom
• English courts have jurisdiction
• But partners may have separate jurisdiction
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Tiger Vault future
Ethiopian operations, if established, will be governed by applicable Ethiopian law.
• Ethiopian local operations are governed by Ethiopian law and Ethiopian courts.
• Partner agreements may have separate governing law and jurisdiction.
